Our commemorative Lafayette bricks have been installed in front of the school’s main entrance! Please stop by to see our newly decorated walkway. Thank you to all the parents and community members who purchased these bricks and helped support Lafayette.
A special thank you to the following: our incredible volunteer Brick Chair Sonya Matza, Alan Skelly, and the team at Olde Mill Impressions for their patience and careful work engraving our bricks; HSA Co-President Chris Lisi who shepherded the program from start through installation; Jason Skelly and his team from 1-Stop Residential who stepped up to help us install the bricks when our original plans fell through; George Young and his custodial team for all their work moving the bricks around; and our dedicated Lafayette Administration team.
If you missed the chance to buy a brick in the fall, do not despair! We are opening up the brick program for the spring, from now through spring break. Look for the order forms online here or coming home in your child’s folder. It’s a great way to honor grads, dads, moms and teachers and staff members who have made a difference in your life.
You can pay via check or by Paypal (see the button below). Just print and fill out the here (both sides please), attach a check or your receipt from paying online, and return it to school via your child’s backpack or drop it in the Main Office. Print copies will be sent home in your child’s backpack after Labor Day.
There are 2 sizes of bricks. A standard brick (4” X 8”) costs $150 and includes 3 lines of engraving up to 17 characters per line, including spaces and numbers. A larger paver (12” X 12”) includes 5 lines of engraving up to 17 characters per line, including spaces and numbers, and costs $300.
