Local School Restructuring Team
The Local School Restructuring Team (LSRT), composed of the principal, a building representative, teachers, parents, and community members, helps develop a school plan, and provides advice to the principal on school policy matters including: allocation of resources, school organization, curriculum options, maintenance and improvement of school buildings and grounds, budget decisions, staffing patterns and hiring, and monitoring student progress.
