Special Education

Lafayette provides a variety of special education services, including specialized instruction, speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and behavioral support. Parents that have concerns regarding possible disabilities should refer to the contacts below for more information.

Lafayette uses a Response to Intervention (RTI) model that incorporates the general education teachers, resource teachers, and special education staff in a three-tiered approach to assisting students with learning differences.
