Lafayette's Student Council gives students an opportunity to take an active part in school decisions and to better understand the democratic process. Students learn the benefits and responsibilities that come with a leadership role in the student community. The Lafayette Student Council is open to students in grades 3-5. Representatives also help with recycling projects and fundraisers such as Box Tops for Education.
