Computer Lab

  • ABC Ya – Build a House: Practice dragging and dropping by building a house. Recommended for grades 1, 2, and 3.
  • ABC Ya – Take a Trip: Practice with the track pad, try navigating a car through the town.
  • Key Seeker: Typing practice for grades 1 and 2. It will help you find the different keys on the keyboard while practicing letter sounds.
  • BBC Dance Mat Typing: Begin with practicing level one and move up as you improve your skills. Recommended for grades 1 and 2.
  • GCF Learn Free: Learn skills that apply to both the track pad and mouse. Recommended for grade 5.
  • Lets Go Learn – Bubble: See how many bubbles you can pop in a minute.
  • Learning Lab: Learn about cyber bullying with Garfield. Recommended for grades 3, 4, and 5.
  • Luton – Track Pad Practice: Recommended for grades 1, 2, and 3. First, practice clicking, double clicking, and dragging and dropping by cleaning up the classroom. Next, try the same skills, but this time with a little more speed.
  • PBC Library – Mousercise: Recommended for grades 2, 3, 4, and 5.
  • Typing Web: Students practice typing simple paragraphs for speed and accuracy. Recommended for grade 5.
  • Tvo Kids – Bees and Honey

   Native Americans

  • Native Culture Links: Native American Sites. Try clicking on the link, “Information on Native Nations,” it has lots of links to different tribes websites listed alphabetically.



  • Sports Know How: This site has information on the history and rules of many popular sports.
  • Top End Sports: This site has lots of information about many popular as well as obscure sports. There are also many links embedded into the text to learn more about certain topics such as the physics of football.
