Hey Parents! Auction Tickets = Pizza Party for Your Kids
Did you see the flyer in your kid’s backpack yesterday? The Spring Auction Committee announced that one class in each grade will receive a Potomac Pizza Party for purchasing the most auction tickets. That’s right… you and your fellow class parents/caregivers just need to buy your auction tickets to add to your child’s class count. Buy yours and encourage other parents as well before the price goes up this coming Sunday. That’s right tickets are $75 through March 9 but will jump to $90 on March 10. So save today, buy your tickets and help win your child’s class a pizza party!
Teacher tickets count towards your class total!! That’s right, if you sponsor a teacher ticket ($50 each), every ticket sponsored will also count against your class total, so be generous and treat a teacher too! And, if you want to go above and beyond, purchase a Host Committee ticket for $150 We’ll recognize you in the program for being extra awesome and you get to support the school and your child’s pizza race!
We are assiging volunteer slots for next Friday, March 15 and Saturday, March 16 for auction set up and “light duties” during the auction. If you are able to volunteer, please with the date and times you are available. We’ need lots of hands, so please check your calendars!
Last Call for Sponsorships
The Auction Catalog is going to print in just a few days. We have a few open sponsorship spots left Does your work match donations? Does your class, team, or neighborhood block want to pull together to underwrite something for the night? It’s tax deductible and will help offset the cost of the global adventure we have planned for you!
