Fall Festival: Volunteers Needed

One of the best days at Lafayette is just around the corner…the Fall Festival on Saturday, Oct. 19 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. It is a fabulous, fun-filled day with rides, the fifth grade haunted house, face painting, balloon twisting, crafts and food.

The success of the Fall Festival is dependent on our dedicated parent community, and the school is looking for parent volunteers to man booths (no fingerprinting or TB test required). As we have done in years past, we are asking for volunteers to commit to one hour (or more, if you can) to fill a time slot.

Some of these roles are for Clover sales, our credit card transaction device. If you sign up for one of these slots and have not used Clover before, please arrive 10 minutes before your shift for training. Same with cash handling, show up a little early.

We’ve broken down the various time slots by grade – but feel free to sign up for any role. We also have a school-wide sign up for general roles. We can never have enough volunteers. Thanks in advance.

You can sign up for a school-wide volunteer role here.

Pre-K parents can sign up to volunteer here, kindergarten parents here, first grade parents here, second grade parents here, third grade parents here, fourth grade parents here, and fifth grade parents here
