Every year the HSA compiles a family directory using a service called AtoZConnect that is delivered to every family in the school and is also available as a mobile app for iPhone, iPad and Android. This directory is checked many times each week when arranging play dates, contacting room parents, scheduling volunteer activities and more. All information in the database is secure and you can select how much information you share with other families.
This year, AtoZConnect has changed their software! All families, whether you are new or returning, will need to register even if you had an account in a prior year.
Please go to https://lafayettehsa.membershiptoolkit.com/ and click “Register/Login” and then “Create Account”. Follow the prompts and complete the verification process. Once you have completed the verification, please complete the Parent/Family and Student Information forms and the Directory/Publish Preferences.
After logging on via the web site, you can also access the directory via the Membership Toolkit App. Go to the app store on your smartphone, search for “Membership Toolkit” and download the app. Sign in using your email address and select Lafayette. Now you have the contact information for nearly all the families at the school at your fingertips! Note that you must log on via the website before accessing the mobile app.
