Curious to know what mindfulness is all about?
You’ve probably been hearing about mindfulness in the media over the past few years. Your children may have also told you about Peace Class, their weekly special in which they learn mindfulness practices as the foundation for social and emotional skills.
Whether you are new to mindfulness or looking to refresh your own practice, come join us for a parents evening on mindfulness on Wednesday, March 13 from 7-8:30pm at Lafayette in the Peace Room (2nd floor). All welcome!
Learn a few mindfulness exercises for yourself and exercises to do with your kids. Hear from other parents and former students about how mindfulness has helped them. And ask the questions you always wanted to ask about mindfulness. Peace Teacher Linda Ryden will join us, too.
