On Thursday, March 14th (3.14), we will celebrate all things circular! On this day, dedicated to the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter, we will have our Pi recitation contest in which students try to recite as many digits of Pi as they can. Any student in grades 1-5 is welcome to pick up the first several hundred digits of Pi in the Math Center and work to memorize them. We will be awarding prizes for each grade level and anyone who enters gets a little prize. The contest will be at 2:00 in the Math Center on Thursday.
