In an attempt to streamline its work and increase volunteer opportunities that are more manageable in terms of time commitment, the HSA board has revised its by-laws and operating procedures. Among other changes, it will be proposing a smaller board for next year and delegating more work to HSA committees. These bylaw changes will require the approval of our general membership. Please see a draft of the amended by-laws here. The HSA board and general membership will discuss and vote to adopt these revised by-laws at its April 25 general meeting.
