Aftercare Survey and ASAT Sign-up
As we begin the third week of school, please take a few minutes to share your feedback on CLS as well as the registration process for LEP/FLEX. The survey is 8 questions, and your feedback is valuable!

The survey will be open until Sunday, Sept. 10th at 9 pm.

If you are intersted in serving on the After School Advisory Team (ASAT), please indicate "yes" on the last question of the survey. The "role of the ASAT is to advise the Principal in decisions about the aftercare and enrichment programs at Lafayette". Read more about the ASAT here.

According to the ASAT bylaws, members are "self-selecting volunteers who demonstrate interest and commitment to attend at least 80% of the annually scheduled meetings."
