Electronic Devices: How to Save our Sanity

Refreshments Sponsored by: Lisa Resch, Realtor with Compass

What a great opportunity to hear well-known and highly sought-after speaker, Paige Trevor -- a local certified parent educator -- present just down the road at the Chevy Chase, Maryland public library (8005 Connecticut Avenue) on Tuesday, Oct. 22nd at 7:30 p.m. And it's a topic we all want to learn more about: “Electronic Devices: How to Save Our Sanity”

Paige will share how to set and uphold limits around screens without yelling, nagging, cajoling or losing your mind. Attendees will leave with ideas on how to open up conversations, give information without overloading, and create a sane, realistic, and nourishing screen environment. Once the devices are tamed, there is more time to spend together as families, be in nature, read, and enjoy each other. Paige is a popular and inspiring speaker, certified parent educator, professional organizer and sought-after adviser to private companies and non-profits in the DC area. More about Paige here: About — Balancing Act, LLC

Mark your calendars, and we'll see you on Tuesday, the 22nd at 7:30 p.m. Plenty of free parking in the library lot, and coffee, tea and dessert (gluten free options, too!) will be served.
