Breathing is Just the Beginning: Helping our Kids Apply Mindfulness to Life’s Challenges

Saturday, January 25, 2019 at Horace Mann E.S. 9am to 1pm

All are welcome!

Join the Peace of Mind team and friends for another lively learning session in the relaxed and warm environment of Horace Mann Elementary School. This year we will explore practical applications for mindfulness skills kids can use at home and school, including for conflict resolution, relationship-building, academics, and self-care.

We will have plenty of coffee, tea, and other goodies available to keep you sustained while you learn with us. Each registration will include conference materials, a classroom poster, certificate of attendance, and raffle entry for some fun giveaways!
