Each year the HSA publishes an family directory that is an invaluable resource for the Lafayette community. We are excited to partner with AtoZ Connect again this year to produce our beautiful directory. We invite our community to purchase advertising space in the directory. This is a great way to show support for the school and allow families to learn about and support your business and/or service. We heartily encourage our school community to support all advertisers.
The directory includes a faculty roster, class lists, and a babysitting directory, as well as contact information for every family who signs up. As veteran members of our Lafayette Community know, the directory is checked many times each week when arranging playdates, contacting room parents, scheduling volunteer activities, and the like. The directory will be ready for distribution in the fall of 2022.
The best way to showcase your business is through our premium advertising spaces in the print and digital directory. As a way to give Lafayette parents and advertisers equal access to the premium spots, which are always in high demand, these positions are awarded via a lottery. We award our print Cover and Divider positions as well as our Digital Directory positions; Rotating Title Sponsor, Rotating Directory Sponsor and, new this year, Rotating Verification Sponsor. You can select print, digital or both advertising options.
Parents interested in a premium location or a regular ad in either the print or digital directory should complete the attached form and send it to AtoZ Connect by June 15, 2022. Pricing is on the order form. Once the lottery is held, AtoZ Connect will contact you to let you know your location and all the other details you will need. There is no need to send payment or artwork until your location is finalized.
