Morning math extracurriculars are coming soon! Both groups will meet before school and we have included some information below. There will be info sessions for students in the next few weeks and we will be sending a flyer home with classroom communication that has more details so be on the lookout. We are looking forward to another year of getting mathtastic!

Who: any student in grades 3, 4 or 5 who enjoys math
What: an opportunity for mathematicians to get to together to play games, explore math
concepts, and discuss ideas
When: Wednesday mornings at 8 am in the Math Cave (Room 121)
Start date: October 5th
Math Team
Who: any student in grades 4 and 5 who enjoys challenging math
What: an opportunity for mathematicians to get to together to solve, discuss and
analyze non-routine problems
When: Friday mornings at 8 am in the Math Cave (Room 121)
Start date: September 23 rd
