LSAT and HSA Nominations are Due Friday May 3

Calling all Lafayette Parents and Guardians! The Lafayette Elementary School Local School Advisory Team (LSAT) and Home School Association (HSA) Elections are coming up! Nominations are due May 3rd! Voting begins on May 28th!

LSAT:

Candidates for the LSAT must be parents or guardians with a student enrolled at Lafayette Elementary School and a deep commitment to promoting high expectations and achievement for Lafayette by serving in an advisory capacity to the principal. Candidates should be willing to learn about school operations while advising the principal on budget, school goals and priorities, student progress, culture, and family engagement. Co-President (2 positions)

Co-Treasurer (1 position)

Candidates for the HSA must be a parent or guardian who has a student enrolled at Lafayette Elementary School. Ideal candidates are passionate about Lafayette and have a commitment to making the community more inclusive as we work to create a culture of belonging for all Lafayette families. Please share your time and talents with us as we work together to raise money that directly supports our students and staff, and to plan events that foster connections and celebrate our school.
