Here are ways to get involved now: Meal train, coat drive, grocery gift cards!

Lafayette Gives Back fall initiatives are underway. Here’s ways to get involved now:

Knollwood Halloween Parade – CANCELLED. Unfortunately, due to a covid outbreak in one of their units, Knollwood has cancelled the event with regrets. Thank you to those of you who signed up, Knollwood is interested in scheduling a future event with us, so stay tuned!

Coat Drive – The coat drive bin is out in front of school and awaiting your donations of gently used (or new) items: jackets, hoodies, sweatshirts, winter hats, gloves, scarves, warm socks.  Also, thank you to Amanda Anderson who offered her porch as a drop-off collection point:  6344 31st Pl NW

Meal Train – Lafayette families have been providing meals for Mr. Benab, our school registrar among other roles, as he has undergone long-term medical issues. Sign up for the meal train here

Grocery Gift Cards – Ms. Diesner is collecting grocery cards for families in need of support here.
